This Policy covers all data subjects whose personal data is collected, in line with the requirements of the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other relevant legal requirements that apply.
ApisSys keeps and uses contact details of individuals and companies who use our products and services. To maintain the quality of our service, we will also keep and use records of the nature and content of the contact we have with them and the products and services we have provided. We may, from time to time, use this information to tailor our services and inform them of ways we can help them. You may on occasion provide us with information relevant to our product and service offerings that we may retain and use to enable us to provide the relevant products and services to you. We will not disclose any information about individuals that we obtain from you to third parties unless they are operating as an agent or service provider for ApisSys SAS as described herein, or where we are entitled or required by law to do so.
ApisSys SAS is responsible for ensuring that this notice is made available to data subjects prior to ApisSys SAS collecting/processing their personal data.
All Employees of ApisSys SAS who interact with data subjects are responsible for ensuring that this notice is drawn to the data subject’s attention and their consent to the processing of their data is secured.

4.1 WHO ARE WE?
With more than 10 years’ experience, ApisSys SAS is the European leader in the design, manufacture, delivery and support of mission-critical rugged embedded computing systems for defense, aerospace applications. Our goal is to be a significant contributor to our customers’ success, partnering with them to reduce cost, time-to-deployment and risk and supporting them over the long term. With an active presence in hundreds of national asset platforms on land and in the air, ApisSys SAS is trusted where it matters most.

4.3 INFORMATION COLLECTED BY APISSYS SAS
We collect, store and process information about you if you use our websites, subscribe to our communications, or use our services. This information can include the following elements:

- Your Job Title
- Your Contact Number/s
- Your Business (or Personal) Address (as supplied by you)
- Your Billing Address
- Your Site Preferences
- Any other personal information you provide when interacting with us

Not providing this consent and the information related to it may result in access restrictions or reduced functionality.
4.5 SHARING / TRANSFERRING YOUR DATA
ApisSys SAS will not sell or otherwise disclose your personal information outside of ApisSys and if affiliates, except as described in this Privacy Notice.
We may share information provided by our visitors to this and other ApisSys SAS sites with service providers we have retained to perform services on our behalf. These service providers are contractually restricted from using or disclosing the information except as necessary to perform services on our behalf or to comply with legal requirements.

We reserve the right to transfer any information we have about you in the event we sell or transfer all or a portion of our business or assets (including through bankruptcy).
We may transmit the personal information we collect on this site or other ApisSys SAS sites to other countries where we do business, including for websites accessed in the European Union, to the US, but we will do so only where absolutely necessary and for the purposes described herein. ApisSys SAS has entered into Binding Corporate Rules governing our treatment of personal information of European Union residents.
4.7 HOW WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION
We maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect against unauthorized disclosure, use, alteration or destruction of the personal information you provide on this and other ApisSys SAS websites. We also carry out ongoing assessment and upgrading of our IT systems to ensure that they remain up to date so that we can keep the personal information you provide secure.

ApisSys SAS takes reasonable steps to ensure that the information we process is reliable for its intended use, is accurate, up-to-date and complete, and is limited to the information required to carry out processing for the purposes described in this Privacy Statement. - Right of rectification– you have a right to correct data that we hold about you that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Right to be forgotten– in certain circumstances you can ask for the data we hold about you to be erased from our records.
- Right to restriction of processing– where certain conditions apply to have a right to restrict the processing.
- Right of portability– you have the right to have the data we hold about you transferred to another organisation.
- Right to object– you have the right to object to certain types of processing such as direct marketing, the right to object to automated processing or profiling, and the right to be subject to the legal effects of automated processing or profiling.
- Right of Review – in the event that ApisSys SAS refuses your request under rights of access, we will provide you with a reason as to why. You have the right to complain as outlined in clause 4.8 below. Complaints may be forwarded if there is a third party involved (as stated in 4.5 above) in the processing of your personal data.
In the event that you wish to make a complaint about how your personal data is being processed by ApisSys SAS (or third parties as described in 4.5 above), or how your complaint has been handled, you have the right to lodge a complaint directly with ApisSys’s GDPR Management Group and/or with the supervisory authority (the Information Commissioner’s Office, or ICO) whose details are provided below:

5.1 PERSONAL DATA
Under the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) personal data is defined as:

To provide, administer and communicate with you about products, services, events, surveys and promotions by ApisSys SAS or our affiliates (including by sending you marketing communications);

To create, administer and communicate with you about your account (including any purchases and payments); Provide investor services; Verify your identity to ensure security for the other purposes listed here; Evaluate your interest in employment and contact you regarding possible employment;

We also may use personal information for other additional purposes. We will identify these additional purposes at the time of collection.
5.3 CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
This website is not directed to children under the age of thirteen and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of thirteen on ApisSys SAS websites. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received personal information from a visitor under the age of thirteen, we will delete the information from our records.
We do not store any personal information that you have provided to us in any cookie issued by this website.

5.6 WHY DOES APISSYS NEED TO COLLECT AND STORE PERSONAL DATA?

5.7 WILL APISSYS SHARE MY PERSONAL DATA WITH ANYONE ELSE?
We may pass your personal data on to third-party service providers contracted to ApisSys in the course of dealing with you. Any third parties that we may share your data with are obliged to keep your details securely, and to use them only to fulfil the service they provide you on our behalf. When they no longer need your data to fulfil this service, they will dispose of the details in line with ApisSys’s procedures. ApisSys SAS will process (collect, store and use) the information you provide in a manner compatible with the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We will endeavor to keep your information accurate and up to date, and not keep it for longer than is necessary. ApisSys SAS is required to retain information in accordance with the law, such as information needed for income tax and audit purposes. How long certain kinds of personal data should be kept may also be governed by specific business-sector requirements and agreed practices. Personal data may be held in addition to these periods depending on individual business needs.
